Sales and Catering Coordinator

Job Description: As the Sales and Catering Manager at Phuse Cream, you will be instrumental in driving our catering business, focusing on weddings, corporate events, and festivals. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and overseeing the flawless execution of events. We provided bonuses when sales goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new catering opportunities, particularly in the wedding and corporate sectors.
- Client Management: Develop strong relationships with clients from initial contact through post-event follow-up, ensuring all event requirements are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
- Event Coordination: Manage all aspects of event planning, including menu selection, logistics, staffing, and on-site management.
- Showcase Menus: Collaborate with our culinary team to present innovative and appealing menu options to clients, including tastings and presentations.
- Operational Planning: Oversee logistical arrangements for each event, ensuring all resources are in place for a seamless execution.
- Contract and Budget Management: Draft event contracts, manage pricing negotiations, and oversee budget to maintain profitability.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and strategies that highlight Phuse Cream’s unique offerings.
- Performance Monitoring: Collect client feedback and prepare reports on sales achievements and market trends to guide future strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and event management within the hospitality or catering industry.
- Strong portfolio of previously managed events, especially weddings and corporate functions.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and maintaining fruitful client relationships.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and modern CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
