Camp Boss

The Camp Boss is responsible for managing and maintaining the camp facilities on the Rig, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all personnel. They oversee the catering services, accommodation, and general living conditions to create a conducive living environment for employees.

Camp Operations Management:
Oversee the daily operation of the camp facilities, including accommodation, dining area, recreational spaces, and other amenities.
Ensure the camp is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times.
Manage camp budgets and expenses effectively.

Catering and Dining Services:
Supervise the catering team to provide high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages in line with contractual obligations.
Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
Address dietary preferences and special requests from employees.

Accommodation and Living Conditions:
Manage room assignments, housekeeping, and laundry services.
Address and resolve accommodation-related issues promptly to ensure comfort and safety.
Maintain a healthy and clean-living environment for all employees.

Camp Safety and Emergency Response:
Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for camp residents.
Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies during emergency situations.

Inventory and Supplies:
Monitor and manage camp inventory, including food, cleaning supplies, and other consumables.
Place orders for supplies as needed and maintain accurate records.

Communication and Reporting:
Maintain open and effective communication with employees to address concerns and provide information.
Prepare regular reports on camp operations, including occupancy rates, incidents, and budget updates.

Employee Relations:
Promote a positive camp environment that fosters employee well-being and work-life balance.
Address and resolve conflicts or concerns among camp residents.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international regulations, including health and safety, sanitation, and labor laws.
