Job Opportunity: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Spencer, Massachusetts Area

Employer: Soliant Education

Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Spencer, Massachusetts area. This position is for a Special Education Behavior Support (SEBS) program being initiated within the district.

Position Details:

  • Quantity: 1 x RBT needed
  • Program Description: The RBT will work closely with the Special Education Teacher to provide support within the classroom.
  • Supervision: BCBA supervision is provided by the district.
  • Work Setting: The RBT will work 100% in the classroom. The current caseload consists of 3 students, with the potential to add a few more by the end of the year.
  • Immediate Need: The Director is looking to fill the position within the next 2 weeks.

Basic Requirements:

  • Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Expired certifications will not be accepted.
  • Previous experience working as an RBT is preferred but not required.
  • Must be willing to work collaboratively with the Special Education Teacher and other team members to support student success.
