We are looking for a Skilled Butcher - Meat Cutter to provide high quality meat cuts for our customers.
The ideal candidate should possess:
· Extensive knowledge on various cuts and types of meat
· A strong understanding of sanitary food handling procedures
· Exceptional knife skills to handle and cut meat safely, accurately and efficiently
· Experience cutting swinging beef
· Prior use of meat grinders, knives, saws and other meat cutting tools
· Physical stamina and strength as the role involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy items and repetitive tasks
· Reliability and dependability to work well as part of a team
· Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by being detail oriented.
