Position Overview: As a Program Development Manager, you will manage and grow a targeted segment of our customer base through telemarketing and virtual meetings. Your role will involve driving projects, building strong relationships, and maximizing savings opportunities for our clients. You'll be critical in expanding market reach, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales engagements with energy commercial accounts, building trust and fostering collaboration.
  • Promote energy efficiency solutions through direct and indirect channels to existing customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong project pipeline to exceed sales goals.
  • Provide customers with trends and insights via phone and remote meetings.
  • Demonstrate the value of our organization through case studies and market insights.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of industry and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM about opportunities, sales activities, and revenue projections.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure outreach strategies achieve client goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with strong customer relationship skills.
  • Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of utility and/or energy efficiency programs is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social selling and business development through LinkedIn.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Salary: Starting at $60,000
