Lead Installer

-Installation: Perform off-site installations (Lead for a 2-person team). Pull components to fulfill jobs and prepare installation vehicles with tools, components, lumber, etc. As an off-site installer, the highest quality standards and company representation & reputation must be maintained and exercised at all times.  The willingness to lead and take ownership, work efficiently and be a safe driver is required.  You should possess a valid NC driver's license and good driving record.

-Outside Sales and Estimating: Representing and Promoting RhinoShelf products and services in a professional manner, securing leads and  providing customer estimates resulting from leads.

-Production Tasks: On rare occasions and as needed, Perform various in-house production assistance as required for manufacturing;  and occasional component assembly and order filling tasks.  

 -For all positions,  Following safety procedures and maintaining high quality output is a must  It’s imperative that leadership characteristics and  the ability to problem solve and contribute meaningful solutions and suggestions for improvement are present as well as take proactive approach and initiative to develop a consistent efficient workflow, maintain a clean, organized work area and present positive representation to customers  and co-workers. Must be capable of working alone to carry out tasks.
