Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. As a Marketing Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative strategies to reach potential customers and promote our products or services. Duties:

    1.    Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
    2.    Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and providing personalized solutions.
    3.    Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products or services, effectively communicating key features and benefits.
    4.    Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to secure sales deals and achieve revenue targets.
    5.    Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and use insights to refine sales strategies.
    6.    Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional activities to attract potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
    7.    Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets, and provide regular reports to management.
    8.    Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry developments, sales techniques, and product knowledge to continuously improve sales performance and adapt to changing market conditions.

Requirements:

    1.    3 years experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    2.    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
    3.    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    4.    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    5.    Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets.
    6.    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    7.    Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
