  • Perform as head pizza cook
  • Make from scratch pizza dough and sauce daily
  • Prep pizza ingredients
  • Hand stretch homemade pizza dough and create pizzas to customer's specifications.
  • Operate & clean wood fired pizza oven.
  • Organize food prep station and keep replenished.
  • Ensure pizza area is clean, organized and maintained during operations
  • Clean and organize after operation hours
  • Comply with sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Communicate with Manager to fill orders and address any issues
  • Work and communicate with other staff to ensure smooth operation

We will train as needed.
