Hightower Communications is a full-service communications tower construction provider in the Southeast. We are looking for a self-motivated, experienced tower hand / crew lead to join our team. We are a Veteran owned company that has been in business for over 30 years. If you are looking for a career in a highly-respected communications company, Hightower Communications would like to speak with you.
We are currently hiring for an experienced tower hand (top-hand) and a leader that has maintenance experience for our Lexington, SC office. Duties of this position include constructing, repairing, installing, and maintaining new and existing wireless communications systems. Candidates must adhere to strict safety policies while ensuring quality work in a fast-paced workplace. Specific duties include tower construction, tower inspections & modifications, site troubleshooting (to include sweep and PIM testing of coax, & fiber testing). Experience required.
To qualify for this position, all candidates are subject to a pre-employment background check and drug testing, and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position. A clean driving record is required as well. Our technicians are required to reside in the Columbia, SC metro area. We offer a competitive compensation package, to include health insurance, vision, dental, and 401K.
