Job DescriptionJob Description

An independently owned transportation company is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our dedicated team. We are a team of 10 technicians, including both Truck and Trailer Technicians, responsible for maintaining a fleet of approximately 150 trucks and 400 trailers. $30 - $35/hour to start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel trucks and trailers.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure efficient fleet maintenance.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation with fellow technicians.
  • Shift: Days, 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday

Position Details:

  • First shift opening with ample overtime opportunities.
  • Competitive health insurance coverage, with the company covering the majority of the premium.
  • Primarily Monday to Friday work, with occasional weekend requirements.
  • CDL preferred but not required.
  • Location: Greer, SC.
