Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for young professionals who want to get into the residential energy efficiency industry. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Assist in residential energy audits - blower door test, check attic and crawl space insulation, and other tasks involved. 
  2. Able to calculate the area and write audit reports
  3. Able to climb ladders and carry equipment 
  4. Adhere to construction health and safety standards
  5. Customer-centric - follow ethics and under concerns
  6. Write the scope of work
  7. Pursue industry certifications - BPI Building Analyst Technician
  8. Install insulation, air sealing, and other when the project is contracted

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma
  2. Have a passion for energy efficiency and clean energy
