As an inside sales representative, you will act as the face of Sanders Collection, you will introduce potential customers to our product line and help bring them on board with our company.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated and competitive

• Highly accountable for hitting/exceeding sales goals and other role expectations

• Good business acumen and critical thinking skills

• Develop and maintain client relationships

• Strong on closing the sale

Primary Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through an extensive line of products and price points

• Utilities phone, text, email, and LinkedIn to reach out to potential customers

• Weekly meetings with the manager, call reviews, and team sales meetings

• Continues sales training and objection roleplaying (Eager to self-improve)

• Log calls update opportunities.

• Maintain complete and healthy CRM pipelines

• Having clear visibility on who will bring you to your weekly/monthly and quarterly goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years prior inside sales experience

• Ability to call and work directly with high-performing service professionals within multiple industries

• Experience in the textile industry is a plus but not required

• Strong presentation skills

• Proficient with CRM (Salesforce preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 Plus aggressive commission
