Location: Long Pond, Pennsylvania

Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days a week), Onsite

Start Date: ASAP - Last Day of School

Are you a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students in Long Pond, Pennsylvania? Soliant Education is currently seeking a BCBA to join our team. In this part-time role, you will work three days a week, providing essential behavior analysis services and support to students.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: This position requires a commitment of at least 15 hours per week, spread across three days.
  • Duration: The position will continue until the last day of school.
  • Onsite: You will work onsite in Long Pond, Pennsylvania, providing direct support and intervention to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors.
  • Provide direct behavior analysis services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement behavior intervention plans and support positive behavior change.
  • Collect and analyze data on student behavior to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide training and support to school staff and parents on behavior management strategies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with students with behavioral challenges in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
