Candidates will be responsible for developing professional plans and construction documents for residential, commercial, custom homes and multi-family buildings. A working knowledge of auto cad with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in preparing floor plans, foundation plans, cross sections, elevations, site plans, details, reflected ceiling plans, and more. Candidates must be motivated and have a positive attitude. It is imperative that all candidates be able to effectively and efficiently communicate with clients, owners, contractors, developers, and builders. Candidates must be able to meet deadlines, and organize their work to deliver the final product on a timely basis and on schedule. Candidate must also have a valid drivers license to be able to drive to and from job sites and be able to obtain accurate field measurements.
