We are currently looking to onboard caring and compassionate individuals to permanently fill vacancies within our Adult Day Program located in North Phoenix. All training is provided upon employment. Requirements/Training:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to attend and pass State and agency provided training
  • Obtain and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • For positions that require driving, must be able to provide a 5-year Motor Vehicle Record that is in good standing

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Administer medications
  • Complete daily documentation
  • Communicate with supervisor and shift colleagues
  • Assist members with activities of daily living skills, as needed
  • Participate in daily activities with the members, such as board games, arts & crafts, and community outings
  • Respond accordingly when emergency situations arise
  • Provide care to members in accordance to their person-centered plan
