Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distribution Sales Consultant (DSC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting salon accounts weekly, building strong relationships with salon owners and stylists, and helping them grow their businesses. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to sales and business development. A strong candidate should possess experience in sales, knowledge of salon products and industry trends, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and manage time effectively, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel within the territory. Work schedule will consist of approximately 30-35 hours per week (Tuesday-Friday). DSC's may be requested to help with instore duties as needed on non-selling days (Mondays or Saturdays).

We exclusively serve licensed cosmetologists, nail technicians, and estheticians, and do not sell to the public. Our brick-and-mortar locations operate from 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8:30AM to 2:00PM on Saturdays.
