We are seeking a skilled Sander/ Assembler to join our team The ideal candidate will have experience in plastics, with a focus on sanding surfaces to prepare them for finishing.

First shift: 6 am- 4:30 pm (4 x 10s, Monday- Thursday, Friday OT currently required)

Pay: $20- $24/ DOE

Responsibilities
- Sanding, gluing, cleaning, and packaging of products on a frequent basis
- Prepare surfaces for painting, staining, or finishing
- Use hand and power sanding tools to achieve smooth finishes
- Inspect sanded surfaces for imperfections and ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications
- Experience using pneumatic glue guns, pneumatic orbital sander, hand and power tools, etc
