· 4+ years of relevant experience. Must have experience with Costing, Variance and Inventory
· Proven experience as Financial Analyst within a manufacturing environment
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Project Planning and Office
JOB SUMMARY
Immediate need for a Senior Financial Analyst in Operations for a well-established and growing global manufacturing company. This company is in a growth phase and this person will become a pivotal player in advancing the manufacturing finance function. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, employing comprehensive financial analysis to inform decision-making, crafting detailed financial models and forecasts, and contributing to the development of strategies that fuel financial success.
Select Responsibilities:
- Undertake thorough financial analysis to guide operational decision making.
- Create financial models and forecasts specifically tailored to manufacturing operations.
- Assess the financial health of operations through the evaluation of KPIs.
- Scrutinize and monitor manufacturing costs, pinpointing areas for optimization and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with operations teams to comprehend cost drivers and implement effective cost control strategies.
- Contribute to the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for manufacturing operations.
- Track and report on budget variances, offering insights and recommendations.
- Provide financial insights supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Generate regular financial reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain standard costs for all products in collaboration with procurement, production, and engineering teams.
