Caulker/Water proofer

An established, highly reputable, family owned and operated sub-contractor, specializing in Concrete-Masonry-Waterproofing-Joint Sealants and caulking-Air Barriers, has an opportunity for you contribute to the strategic development of this organization. We have experienced unprecedented growth as we continue to service the area.

Reporting to the owner, the water proofer will be responsible for installing caulking in expansion, contraction, and control joints in interior and exterior masonry, door frames to masonry, windows to masonry, louvers to masonry, coping joints, concrete paving joints. 

Essential Responsibilities

Installing caulking in expansion, contraction, and control joints in the following:

Interior and exterior masonry

Carpentry door frames to masonry

Windows to masonry

Louvers to masonry

Coping joints

Concrete paving joints

Saw Cuts in concrete

EIFS and hard coat stucco joints

Essential Qualifications

Strong knowledge of masonry construction techniques, materials, and codes

Experience in estimating and bidding for masonry projects.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
