Monday – Friday, 12:00 am - 8:00 am

milkrite | InterPuls is a global leader providing complete milking point solutions to dairy farmers across the world with the aim of improving every farm it touches. milkrite | InterPuls has over 100 years of manufacturing experience in the dairy industry. Our products that we manufacture include over 150 different types of dairy inflations to fit most brands and types of shells, as well as, tubing, claws, filters, and a variety of other products for the dairy parlor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Uses and maintains required PPE

Follow and adhere to all SOP’s and safety procedures and practices for the facility and department

Read, understand, and follow all operator's guide and work instructions

Keep pace with press cycle times

Maintains and operates transfer presses

Perform grinding and pull-tab removal of parts as they are removed from the press according to customer standards

Perform visual, in-process, and final inspection of all parts and report any defective materials to the production supervisor and/or Quality Tech

Ensure all parts are properly sorted in accordance with our labeling system

Ensure proper communication from each shift, such as status of job(s), update Process Technicians, and Quality Technicians with any issue(s) or variation(s) with machine and/or part

Keep and maintain accurate records within material tracking software

Ensure to adhere to all quality standards

Ensure the work area and equipment are in a clean and orderly condition

Assists material handling from mill to molding department

Assists within the Finishing Department when required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, this employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
