Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine children's developmental needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to help children achieve their goals
- Provide therapy services in a variety of settings, including schools, the community, and homes
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to treatment
- Monitor children's progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Preferred experience: working with children with developmental delays and disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping children reach their full potential
