South Phoenix Prep & Arts is a PK-12 campus in Phoenix, Arizona located near the base of South Mountain. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Special Education teacher needed to create high quality, stimulating program and environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students; motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation. This is a full-time 10 month position and salary is based on education and experience.

We are looking for a Certified Special Education Teacher to work primarily with our K-6 population Skyline South Phoenix. The candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside our strong Special Education professionals and collaborate with general education teachers in order improve student outcomes and develop educators to reach all students. Due to our small school size, the staff has a unique opportunity to build relationships with our students and families, who pride themselves on dedicating their time and energy to grow connections through support and positive interactions. 


Teacher candidate must be certified by the Arizona Department of Education for Special Education, Cross-Categorical or Mild-Moderate disabilities is preferred. Candidate must also have a Fingerprint Clearance card from the State of Arizona. Salary is dependent upon experience and Skyline offers a comprehensive benefits package.
