Job Description:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Crewmen to join our asphalt business, specifically focusing on parking area maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in asphalt work, including repair, resurfacing, and general maintenance of parking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of asphalt parking areas.
• Perform tasks such as patching potholes, sealing cracks, and resurfacing.
• Operate equipment and tools required for asphalt maintenance.
• Prepare job sites by cleaning, setting up traffic control, and removing debris.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on-site.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in asphalt work or a related field is preferred - not required.
• Knowledge of asphalt maintenance techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
