Body Shop Estimator

We're seeking an individual fluent in CCC One, holding a valid NYS estimator's license, and adept at negotiating with insurance firms. Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Generate estimates and supplements using CCC.
• Coordinate parts orders.
• Engage with Adjusters.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with industry peers, insurers, and DRPs.
• Manage job scheduling.
• Focus on cost containment and maximizing job profits.
• Commit to ongoing employer-sponsored education to remain abreast of OEM repair protocols.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills.
• Liaise with various teams involved in the vehicle orientation process.
• Address and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned to meet business demands.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience.
• Previous exposure to high-end electric vehicles preferred.
