TCTCI is a premier private practice outpatient pediatric-sensory integration clinic in the Clear Lake/Webster Area. We have been in business for 30 years and our clinic is recognized as a top pediatric Sensory Integration clinic by many pediatricians and health care professionals in the area. We are looking for a dynamic pediatric occupational therapist with background experience in sensory integration, feeding, motor development, and enjoys working with children and youth. We will consider OT graduates that have completed a Level 2 internship in a sensory-based clinic and are willing to receive mentorship under Dr. Zapf. Occupational Therapist candidates must be licensed through the state of Texas and have their OTR/L credentials. The position can be an hourly part-time hourly or full-time position, based on candidates availability. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and skills, and are compatible with our private practice pediatric clinic. As a team member of TCTCI, you will have opportunities to expand your clinical skills and work with a dynamic team of pediatric professionals

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $48.00 - $52.00 per treatment hour
  • Treats amazing pediatric clients with a sensory, neuromotor, feeding delays
  • Work with families to provide the best optimum care and home progra,
  • Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each client
  • Create a therapy plan specific to each child that will help them meet their functional goals and improve quality of life
  • Collaborate and learn from the TCTCI Therapy TEAM
  • Maintain excellent records of clinet therapy and progress
Qualifications
  • Must hold the required Texas license for occupational therapy and OTR Credentials from NBCOT
  • At least 1 year experience in pediatrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to initiate and follow through with plan of care
  • Child-centered focus and comfortable with taking the child's lead in play
  • The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with clients
