CommuniKids LLC is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology who are passionate about helping students achieve their communication goals in Fairfax County.

The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant will work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide support and services to students with communication disorders. The SLPA will assist in implementing treatment plans, preparing materials, and documenting student progress.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy sessions to students with speech and language needs.
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by supervising SLPs.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and activities.
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- VA State License as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
- Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success.
