Pikasso Swig Craft Bar has moved to an all new downtown location As Charlottesville's newest and most creative bar, we serve to inspire and encourage creativity in our customers. In addition to hundreds of DIY craft projects, Pikasso Swig offers a variety of food and drink options for our guests to enjoy. We are looking for a Prep Cook who would help continue Pikasso Swig’s excellent customer service by being responsible for overseeing the entirety of Pikasso Swig’s culinary operations.

We are a fast paced establishment with many event nights including Happy Hour, Trivia Nights, Bachelorette Parties, Corporate Events & More We specialize in freshly made paninis, charcuterie boards, and a slew of homemade appetizers and dips. Our menu includes items which are always fresh, never frozen. We are specifically looking for someone who is driven, friendly, self motivated, organized, creative with food prep and available for flex shifts. Must be at least 18 years of age.

We have a fun and supportive work culture with opportunities for advancement. We are growing at a rapid pace and are setting up to be the area’s most popular hot spot As the lead prep cook you will have lead input into the menu offerings and freedom to implement changes as we move through summer into more seasonal menus. This is an opportunity to grow your skills and be a part of an exciting, new, locally run business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepping and preparing food (No temperature control required)

  • Stocking ingredients, kitchen supplies

  • Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen

  • Maintaining sanitary conditions

  • Creative Food Presentation

  • Cooking for a face paced restaurant
