Previous experience as an apartment leasing consultant is a MUST

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will play an important role in our recruiting team. You will assist in uncovering talent for the property management industry. This includes searching and reviewing resumes from various job boards (Zip Recruiter/Indeed/Craigslist), pre-screening candidates, and moving forward with those qualified to the next steps in the interview and application/onboarding process. This role will also help process weekly payroll: following up on timecards, updating client emails, and meeting payroll deadlines. 

This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in exploring a new side of property management, working on the vendor side. Training is provided

Qualifications:

  • Spanish Speaking is a MUST
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-2 years as an experienced leasing consultant.
  • Computer savviness
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A love of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
  • MS Office skills
  • A sense of humor because we love to laugh
