BlueHawk Creative Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work with individuals with autism (and other possible diagnoses) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings.
- RBT certification is mandatory
- Mainly onsite
- Full-time / Part-Time (4-6:30 weekday, and 9-3 Saturday)
- Follows BCBA instructions
- Follows BACB requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to clear a background check
- Being on-time
At BlueHawk Creative Learning Center, we highly value candidates currently pursuing BCBA coursework and working towards a master's degree in the field. We are committed to supporting your professional growth. Our ideal candidate brings at least one year of clinical setting RBT work experience, including previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in other settings, i.e., school, home, and community. The candidate can work on some evening hours (4-6:30) and Saturdays (9-3), which is also highly valued. A candidate who has a cheerful personality and positive attitude is a plus
