CNC Operator

Job DescriptionJob Description

Description of Duties:

• Completing multiple setups, including adjustments to tool lengths and offsets as necessary
• Reading blueprints
• Years of experience as a HAAS CNC lathe/mill setup or operator preferred
• Perfect understanding of G-CODE and blueprint reading.
• Performing first article inspections
• Capability to learn additional machine types such as Kiwa
• Experience machining aluminum and stainless steel

Required Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Candidates must be able to read and modify G Code edits
• 1+ years experience with HAAS Machines operation and Set -up prefer
• 1+ years experience with Mastercam programming
• 2+ years of experience with G code editing (tool offsets, Adjustments)
• 1+ Experience reading and working with blueprints
• Experience with 3 & 5 axis machines
• Practical knowledge of math and geometry
• Experience with measurement tools; calibers, edge finders, indicators
• Computer skills Dependability
• Great attitude

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
