Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our Cardiology team You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. We are a clinic based private practice with in patient and out patient  hospital privileges at Beebe Medical Center. The practice has 2 locations, Lewes and Millsboro Delaware. 
Rotating weekend call every eight weeks, no weekday or overnight call.
Cardiology experience helpful but willing to train the right candidate. NP with active unencumbered APRN license and board certification or board eligible.
Great teamwork and flexibility.
Resort location close to Rehoboth Beach Delaware. Great schools, low taxes, and great community

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
