Job DescriptionJob Description
  1. Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to address the unique needs of each client.
  2. Collect accurate and reliable data on client behavior using designated data collection methods.
  3. Utilize behavior analysis techniques, such as reinforcement strategies and prompting procedures, to teach new skills and decrease challenging behaviors.
  4. Maintain ongoing communication with the BCBA and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in treatment implementation.
  5. Collaborate with caregivers and other stakeholders to generalize skills learned in therapy sessions to natural environments.
  6. Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and relevant state regulations.
  7. Participate in regular supervision meetings with the BCBA to review client progress, discuss challenges, and update treatment plans as needed.
  8. Complete required documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and behavior data sheets, in a timely and accurate manner.
