Full time and part time positions available. Hours approx. 4pm-11pm.

Overview:

We are seeking a Line/prep Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Will train the right candidate. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines

- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Assist with menu planning and recipe development

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Help with meal preparation for special events or catering

Requirements:

-Reliable

- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adapt as needed

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures

Expected hours: 12 – 35 per week

  • Evening shift

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotating weekends
  • Weekends as needed
