We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Pawn Broker to join our Team. As a Pawnbroker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in sales and pawning or selling their items.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with the upmost respect and assist them whatever they need.
Listen attentively to customer preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of various items.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all displays are visually appealing.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per the stores schedule.
Must be 18 years old.
