As a Quality Resident Engineer within Inalfa you are in the driver’s seat for specializing in the satisfaction of internal and external customer. The responsibilities include analyzing quality performance, complying with safety regulations and troubleshooting products and production issues.

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

  • Determine what quality standards are and establish detailed guidelines about what to check
  • Create blueprints and documentation for quality assurance checking
  • Oversee the quality standards of the organization's engineering and manufacturing processes
  • Perform regular quality check tests for the early identification of any potential issues
  • Write detailed reports on the corrective actions to take to fix technical issues and production cycle issues
  • Coordinate with the organization's internal teams to improve product quality and meet customer requirements
  • Work in coordination with external technicians and quality assurance auditors
  • Review customer feedback and implement changes to improve products to increase customer satisfaction and build brand loyalty
  • Stay updated about safety and legal standards and regulations for manufacturing processes and manufactured products
  • Gather relevant data to prepare detailed quality standard reports and submit them to the senior management
  • Train new quality residential employees who work as interns
  • Moving new parts into the factory when inventory is low

What Do We Expect From You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Company
  • Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes with good management skills
  • Computer knowledge and extensive car knowledge
  • Detail-oriented ability to read/write some engineering drawings
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills bilingual
  • Basic understanding of common technologies and manufacturing
  • Ability to repair sunroof parts and use tools
  • Understanding of the development and quality process for Automotive parts.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and able to speak well with others in group environments
  • A good relationship with the customer contact
