Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a Jr. Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

This is contract-to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities will include accurately reconciling payments received with patient visits, invoices, and identifying any discrepancies. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently. Knowledge of Clinical Trial and Clinical Research process is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
• Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
• Perform audits, ensuring all accounts receivables have been invoiced and payments received
• Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
• Report analysis and findings to management team
• Other duties as assigned

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
• Proficiency in using systems and MS office
• Experience is Clinical Research is preferred
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
