This Title and Escrow Agency in Kentucky, is seeking a motivated and confident Title Insurance Marketing Representative. One who will specialize in developing new business and maintaining solid customer relations. If selected, you will be invited to join a tight knit professional team who truly enjoy the work they do and whom they get to serve with. We all share a common cause to grow this business from the ground up and make this the best title company ever.

This Remote-Work-From-Home position is for someone local to North Central Kentucky (preferably - Meade or Hardin County) who is a spirited individual, preferably with real estate sales and or title experience. We would like a real estate agent, for the sake of the knowledge they may bring to the table. While this is not required, it will be of a significant benefit.

As this is a new position with a start up company, we are still developing the compensation package. Currently, we plan to offer this as a Part Time position (30 hours a week) with a salary of $2,000 per month plus bonuses and expenses. We plan to re-evaluate this within 90 days and potentially increase it accordingly to approximately $3,200 per month plus bonuses and expenses.

We are not particularly concerned about a real estate agent or someone otherwise employed, working both jobs; as long as the hours are put in and this individual is able to perform the requirements of the job. This primarily means, networking with realtors and lenders on their schedules. Some of the work, such as social media marketing and direct mail can be conducted at whatever hour one chooses. The more flexible one is, the more attractive they will be as a candidate.

We can say this as well, this position is for someone who is a natural networker, someone who people connect with easily and respond to. This position will not work for anyone who is shy of enthusiastically reaching out to people. If your an introvert, give me some time, I may have a title examiner position open soon which you would enjoy very much. Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting and meeting marketing goals.
• Solicit for new business via all available resources.
• Develop a significant social media presence in our target markets.
• Develop and maintain networking relationships with Realtors, Lenders, Attorneys and others.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain communications within those relationships.
• Communicate with Title Agent on a regular basis regarding marketing efforts.

Job Types: 1099 Contract, which will grow into a salaried full-time position

· Remote-Work-From-Home position, with an available office in Brandenburg, Kentucky.
