Retail Salesperson Vape shop

Well-established Vape and smoke shop looking for dependable, trustworthy and service oriented individuals that love to work in a positive and supportive small business.

Applicants MUST be at least 18, 21 preferred.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring a clean and organized store environment, and offering guidance on product usage and safety to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations.
• Drive sales by effectively communicating the features and benefits of our vape products.
• Restock inventory, ensuring shelves are properly filled and organized.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, cleaning displays, and organizing merchandise.
• Educate customers on product usage, safety precautions, and responsible vaping practices.
• Stay updated on the latest vape products, trends, and industry regulations.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of vape products, including various devices, e-liquids, and accessories, as well as familiarity with industry terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Passion for helping customers and helping their vaping needs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the store's operating hours.
• Experience in retail or the vape industry is a big plus, but some retail experience is required.

E-Cig and Vapor, Tobacco and Canna knowledge is preferred. Please list knowledge on any of these categories on your application.

Schedule:

• Open 7 days a week, to work 4 or 5 40 hour plus available to right candidate
• Weekend availability~~at least one weekend day

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Experience:

• Retail Sales: 1-3 years (2+ Preferred)
• vapor product knowledge/: 3 years (Preferred)
