We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual with a great attitude who enjoys serving clients as much as we do. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an expanding organization with a fast track to management.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accounting tasks, including scrutinizing financial statements, ledgers, reconciliations, and related accounts to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Execute monthly closing procedures by overseeing entries in Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement accounts, as well as making necessary adjustments.
  • Perform account reconciliations, analytical reviews, and variance analyses, providing comprehensive supporting documentation.
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of junior team members, offering guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Support junior team members in resolving intricate accounting matters and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years and more of related and extensive work experience preferably in small or mid-size firms
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is required
  • Excellent knowledge of financing accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Good understanding of small business market
