KeyStaff Professionals is seeking a Senior Consolidations Accountant for our client in the Northwest Suburbs. This position offers a career path to the Controller Role and will allow you to blend your accounting and consolidations expertise with a dynamic, team-oriented environment.  Job Summary:

  • Manage month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, supporting schedules and analysis
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements
  • Prepare intercompany account reconciliations and elimination journal entries
  • Prepare management and compliance reporting
  • Prepare annual audit and tax workpapers
  • Requires bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

Job Qualifications:

  • 5 plus years general accounting experience
  • 2 plus years managing consolidated financial
  • Highly organized and detailed
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with ERP Systems
  • Construction industry experience a plus
  • CPA/Public Accounting a plus
