Job Summary
We are seeking a Fish Cutter to join our team. The Cutter will be responsible for preparing and cutting various food items in a kitchen or restaurant setting. Cutter will receive tips on top of the hourly pay

Responsibilities
- Utilize knives and other cutting tools to portion and prepare food items
- Ensure all food items are cut to the required specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area
- Adhere to food safety and handling procedures
- Assist in packaging food items as needed
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with kitchen staff or customers

Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred however we WILL TRAIN.
- 35-40 hours a week

- Monday - Friday and some occasional weekends.
