Our company is currently seeking ​an AR Specialist to join our team This person will perform various tasks including, but not limited to: invoicing, verifying transactions, and monitoring incoming payments. Responsibilities:

  • Billing customers accurately, sending statements, applying payments
  • Customer communication: Following up with customers about outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or other related fields
  • Experience in Microsoft office and Excel
  • Reporting: Creating reports and balance sheets
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
