Utilizing Thomson Reuter's payroll software along with the Microsoft Office Suite, we ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing for our clients while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow Individual Clients' Processing Procedures: Adhere to the specific payroll processing procedures outlined by each client.

• Process Payrolls for Clients: Execute payroll processing for clients promptly and accurately.

• Monitor Data Accuracy: Regularly review data to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

• Identify and Resolve Discrepancies: Proactively identify and research discrepancies and timesheet errors, resolving them promptly.

• Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries by generating reports and providing relevant payroll information.

• Recommend Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for internal process enhancements to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years payroll processing experience
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Proficiency in problem-solving.
• Proficient math skills.
• Prior experience with Thomson Reuter's payroll software preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• The job is in our Whitestone, NY office.  This is not a hybrid or remote position.
