Job Summary:

  • The Sales Representative will oversee all sales activities related to his/her areas of responsibilities (e.g. regions, accounts) and is responsible for growing sales in the designated areas, per agreed upon goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, the Sales Representative will be able to present prospective customers with solid arguments and ROI benefit analyses to sell BUDS Technology solutions and maintain positive business relationship to ensure future sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Ability to analyze territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications:

· Highly motivated and proven track record as a Sales Representative

· Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

· Comfortable and confident using technology as an integral part of the sales process.

· Experience in selling technology solutions to healthcare providers/ companies. Experience in selling SAAS solutions is a plus.

· Strong negotiation skills to be able to initiate and close business deals.

· Excellent written and communication skills.

· Experienced in using CRM software and practices.

· Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

· Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
