Position Title: Maintenance Technician

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You'll be at the forefront of modifying and maintaining PLC-based automated conveyor systems, ensuring optimal performance. ARE YOU THE MANUFACTURING ENGINEER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To excel in this role, you'll need a background in Automation Technology with experience as a Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineer. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and familiarity with industry-standard equipment are essential. Your knowledge of safety protocols, quality control measures, and manufacturing processes will be key to success in this dynamic role. Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills are crucial for collaborating effectively with peers and driving projects forward. Additionally, your ability to create accountability and lead by example will inspire your colleagues to reach new heights of productivity and innovation.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION ARE:

  • 1-3 yrs. experience in PLC troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
  • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
