  • Proficiently communicate the needs and wants between potential Clients and the Dispatcher.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while being the main source of communication between the Client and Office.
  • Updating Dispatcher on each file as they proceed in the pipeline based on notes gathered and Clients comments.
  • Bilingual required (English & Spanish)
  • Must be flexible based upon Clients availability for hours of operation.
  • Weekly reports on the status of each Lead (Completed, sold, dead, etc)
