Job DescriptionJob Description

GWC will soon have an opening for an amazing Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team The current shifts available are Wednesdays 3-6:30 and Thursday mornings 9am-1pm.

About our office:

Gard Wellness Center includes medical massage in most treatment plans and we work with therapists who enjoy focused therapeutic massage techniques as well as relaxation massage for those clients who request. The doctor will always provide targeted muscle areas to work and we expect the therapists to use that information, along with their own clinical judgement and patient requests to direct the massage. We provide 30, 60 and 90 minute massage sessions. Specialized certifications welcome

Items to note:

  • Your schedule will be full with back to back massages 90% of the time.
  • Turn around from massage to massage is five minutes so you must be able to turn the room efficiently.
  • You must keep records of your massage areas in our EHR at the end of each shift (5 minutes)
  • Black scrubs are required.
  • All massage materials (lotion, sheets, electric elevation table, warmers, etc) are provided.
  • Pay is $30 per hour.
  • We are an upbeat work environment. Positive attitudes fit well.
