Responsibilities:

• Review process routings and blueprints to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to grind, sand, clean, and polish items to rectify defects or prepare surfaces for subsequent finishing processes.
• Select appropriate abrasives based on workpiece materials, sizes, shapes, required finish, and finishing process steps.
• Conduct thorough inspections to verify the quality of finished workpieces.
