Seeking LPNs for state behavioral health hospital where you'll play a vital role in providing nursing care, ensuring ward security, and delivering treatment within our secured facility. Your exceptional communication skills will foster therapeutic relationships with patients, guiding them towards healing and growth. Should the need arise, you'll adeptly intervene with patients, collaborating with your support team to ensure their safety and well-being.

Benefits include evening and night shift differentials, with additional perks such as an Orca Card for transportation needs for Pierce County employees. Excellent Washington State Benefits.

Competitive Pay with $2.50 - $4.00/hr shift differentials.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing direct skilled nursing care to adults with behavioral health issues under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

  • Active participation in treatment planning, medication administration, and charting treatment interventions.

  • Advocating for patients' health maintenance and clinical care by closely monitoring their conditions.

Qualifications:
