Maintenance Mechanic
Pay rate- $25-28

Qualifications:
Must have Basic Tools
*Basic Knowledge of Mathematics
*Ability to work from layout plans, blueprints, drawings, or other specification to determine work procedures.
*Ability and knowledge in welding including arc, acetylene, and hydrogen.
*Ability to properly move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
*Able to use properly use tools and equipment such as drills presses, power saws, chainsaws, jacks, skids, slings, burning torches, and other types of portable and hand tools.
*Ability to clean, lubricate, or adjust parts, equipment, or machinery.
*Ability to provide mechanical support to locate and diagnose trouble in mechanical systems or equipment.
*Complete required preventive maintenance
*Must have own tools.

Job Description:
*The industrial mechanic/Mill Wright is responsible for installing, assembling, and dismantling machinery, conveyors systems, pulleys, mechanical clutches, gear boxes, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems. In
*Transport and locate machines and equipment to the desired location as directed using forklifts, hoists, winches, cranes, and other equipment.
*Assemble machines or equipment from their component parts. The Millwright must understand how a machine functions to assemble and disassemble it properly; this may involve knowledge of electronics, pneumatic, and computer systems.
*Use complex instruction books that detail the assembly of the machinery and use tools such as levels, welding machines, and torque wrenches, will also use micrometers and other precision measuring devices to achieve the extreme tolerances required. On large projects, the use of cranes is common.
*Work requires practical skill and knowledge and journey-level skill as a Mill Wright/Industrial Mechanic.
